NuMi 360 »
The NuMi 360º is our most complete health check: 12 tests in one visit, from body composition to heart, lungs and metabolism. No matter what your goals are, a NuMi 360º can bring clarity to your plan and help you refine your movement with expert advice.
DEXA Scans »
A DEXA scan is the gold standard for body composition and bone density. Using two low-dose X-ray beams, it tests exactly what your body is made of: how much muscle, fat and bone, and where exactly it is.
Cardiovascular Testing »
We measure how efficiently your body uses oxygen, from easy effort (Z1) to full tilt (Z5), to map your VO₂ Max, FatMax and exact training zones. Real numbers to move smarter with and train with, rather than age-based estimates.
NuMi Bloods »
The internal detail a scan can't show you. Our full panel is a venous sample taken here at NuMi HQ and covers 65 biomarkers, from full cholesterol and blood sugar to iron, vitamins, thyroid and key hormones, for a proper read rather than a single headline number. Results come back within a week, clearly flagged against laboratory reference ranges with onward referral to GPs where necessary. Our finger-prick test covers key nutritional markers and results take minutes.

Your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) is the energy your body burns at rest, simply to keep going. We measure it precisely via gas exchange using a CardioCoach™ , so your nutrition is built from real data rather than guesswork.

Five or six people, one relaxed session. Everyone is scanned individually and gets their results on the day, then Maria runs through an example report with the whole group to show how to read the numbers and what to do with them. Sessions can either start at 9:00am or 12:30pm.
